All our pairs are authentic , we know the origin of each item available on the site.
How do we verify the authenticity of our products?
All pairs come directly from authorized retailers , without intermediaries, which leaves no room for doubt regarding the authenticity of our items.
Will the product be delivered in its original packaging?
Our pairs always come in their original box with laces/accessories.
How do you sell out-of-stock products everywhere?
Our products come out in limited quantities and are out of stock in stores and on traditional websites in a very short time. Our experienced buyers allow us to meet your expectations by getting our hands on these exclusive pairs.

How are parcels delivered?
Products purchased on Alplake can be delivered worldwide .
Delivery times are:
- Switzerland & France: 48 to 72 hours.
- Europe and DOM-TOM: 5 working days.
- Worldwide: 20 working days.
Are the packages insured?
The parcels are insured for the amount of the purchases in order to guarantee maximum security .
How do I track my package?

How to make a return?
If the model you received does not suit you, it is possible to proceed with a return . Returns are possible within 15 days of receipt of your order.
To do this, it is necessary that your pair is still in its new condition with intact packaging .
